How guests are charged

Every booking requires a valid credit or debit card. We follow the same hybrid charge logic as Airbnb — protecting both sides of the transaction.

Charged in full at booking

The full guest total is captured immediately when the reservation is confirmed.

Check-in 14+ days away
50% now, 50% later

Half is charged at booking. The remaining 50% is automatically charged ~24 hours before check-in.

Cards are validated via 3-D Secure. Payouts are released to hosts 24 hours after guest check-in.
